Renata received her MSc and PhD in Genetics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She has now joined the Sanchez-Roige team as a postdoc. Her major interest is to gain a better understanding of the neuroscience underpinning psychiatric disorders and behaviors using genetic tools. In her free time, she likes to do yoga and go on hikes.
